Question T/Case - End to end Seals - Advice?

The t/c input seal is leaking on my D2. Searching the archives I found a post from Justinc () advising the following should constitute an end to end replacement:
    • Gearbox Output Seal
    • Transfer Input Seal
    • Intermediate O Rings
    • Transfer Output Seal
    • Locknut (Is this what holds the Output Flange on?)

He also mentioned to consider replacing:
    • Output Flange
    • Centre diff thrusts

Anything else I should budget on replacing or advise the service guys to look at whilst the t/c is pulled down? Another post stated that the 'Carrier' gets warn and should be replaced? How likely is this? My D2 has 225K on the odo. I've been quoted $1200 to do the seals and check preloads etc and off the road for 2 days.

Thanks in advance for any advice/opinion.

Obviously check all bearings, and pay close attention to high range gear selector sleeve and gear dogs as 225K is getting up there for wear and tear on these items. Especially if towing.
The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊

I just had all that replaced by AMV in Ringwood. Heaps cheaper than everyone else, i ended up paying $450, and took them about 4 hours. Very happy.

    I'd second that.

I had the transfer case output shaft housing resleaved with a stainless housing (original is alloy) as mine was worn and it would seal, (apparently it's a problem with the D2s LT230)then the T/case was recoed bearrings centre diff, $1490.
