yep, the heaters not turning off.
I have a 1999 TD5 Automatic. Air con not working properly took it to Auto Electricians.Replaced evaporator core & TX valve. Although air con piping under bonnet cold it is still warm in cabin. Vehicle gone back for 3rd time now. Telling me it was a faulty TX valve and will have to order new and refit.
Would this solve the problem or are they missing something. When air con turned off central bulkhead console under gear selection in cabin red hot to touch is this normal? Is this related?
Would greatly appreciate any advice.

Now you see if you had a simple defender if the heater was running it would be going through different vents![]()
