Exclamation ABS warning buzzer and lights keep going on

I own a late year 2000 series 2 discovery td5. From time to time the warning lights for abs ,hill decent etc come on and a warning buzzer sounds 3 times. No the tea is not ready and a semi is not tailgating me this time. The dealer in port Macquarie says that the abs in not working but the braking system is still working, but I will skid if brakes applies hard! I have heard that it is a faulty A10 or other fuse? is it that simple? Regards
