    Once you get the radiator, intercooler and oil cooler out of the way, fitting the PS hoses is pretty easy. Then you have to refit it all (including the fan, grille and headlights) and hope you haven't created a leak somewhere else, as i did.

    Take your time and adhere to mike 90 RR's advise above.

    If I recall correctly,,
    It should self bleed,,

    a minute or two at idle then lock to lock,,

    can someone confirm this for Ben?

    so all the messing around and time getting the part up. don't have the right tools up on buller. so the safe way is to put the bloody disco on tow to mansfield to get it fixed.

    hope to pick it up next week. good weekend but had to come home in a toyota hilux the only bad part!!!!!

    That's a blow Ben. I hope it all ends up OK.
    I'll be interested to know how many hours it takes the guys at Mansfield to fix it.
