In practical terms NO.
no crank sensor ( or fittings for them)
no cam sensor " " "
no knock sensors( or fittings for them)
different flywheel
different cam
No BCEM to interface with ECU.
No ignition switch interlock .
You would also probably need a NEW ECU never fitted to another car with the BCEM functions disabled to have any chance of success even if you retrofitted a complete Thor engine. AFAIK these are only available ex UK.
Thor manifold needs extensive rework if fitted, unless fitting the complete Thor engine.
However I think the Magneto Marelli setup from UK can be fitted to a 14CUX, though I am not sure . You would have to ask the UK supplier.
