    TD5 Fuel cooler Quick coupling

How do I ensure that the quick coupling on the Fuel cooler feed line is on correctly?
Replaced the cooler this morning and while driving in town the feed line unclipped leaving a trail of diesel on the road.
Did not fall off totally but power was down a little bit.
The puddle of diesel in the parking lot was quite a embarrassment.
    Lost about 10l of diesel.

The coupler did click when i put it on but still came loose.

I usually just give them the tug'n'wiggle test.

    Did that.
Suspect the collar was not fully pushed back in the locked position.
