    Trip got cancelled by operator due to the bad weather we are getting. I was so close, missed it by that much.

    looks like the rain is here for nearly 2 weeks. It's not the rain itself, but the runoff in the estuary, it washes down debris from it's feeders and dislodges weed and sea grass.

    It also makes the prawns "Run" and the mulloway congregate, The runoff is not All Bad

    We have a cyclone brewing up north and the movement of that system will dictate when I will be putting the boat into the water.
    The Bluebone are on the chew at the moment and I am keen to get amongst them But whenever there is a cyclone up north we get screaming SE winds (20-30kts) and it gets stinking hot So I will also be waiting until this system blows over before I venture out.

    I am sorry to hear that your trip got cancelled this time But don't despair the fish will still be there for you to catch next time
