Thread: Which Do You Prefer ?

I'm a born and bred bait man, but I love all types.
I just don't get the time to do enough of any.

Have to say I do more bait drowning than anything, but I do dabble in it all though. Have a thoooousand lures for every type of fish in the sea, an am just getting back into the fly game again. Saltwater flyfishing is a bit different to the 4# trout rig I used to throw around down south!

Looking at he pole result's I can see why we dont sell fly gear any more. It used to be 40% of our turnover but now equated to 6% or so. It seems that it is a dying art.

I wonder why this is so?

I started up flyfishing again a couple weeks ago after a 9 year break and was surprised our local tackle shops do not supply fly fishing gear like they used to.
