    Ezybrew

Yesterday I bought 2 of these, both James Squires Amber Ale, Ezybrew is a clone beer, all that you add is water and yeast, put them down last night, 2 x 4.5lt kits, which makes 45lts, just perfect for my 45lt keg

I haven't added anything to these, I want to see how close they are to the original.

It's bubbling away nicely at the moment

Pretty disappointing, no flavour, smells good, good head, but just bland, hopefuly the dry hopping works.

Well, I have since found out, that these kits have been a known crap kit, according to my local brew shop, they have since stopped making these and are now doing a better one great, apparently he(E.S. just made them up without testing them first, the new kits have had some extensive testing for flavour and are now on the market, my local brew shop is now testing them, he has put 3 new brews down.

Wish I'd had known before though.
