He's still trading Andrew. Will be in there over the weekend to purchase some of his products - and I'll see if I can get him to give away any of his recipes.

I discovered only today, while purchasing some more bottle wash and steriliser.
Coopers make a brewed alcoholic Ginger Beer kit now.
Guess what's next into my fermenter?

New one to me Andy, never seen it before.
Will lay one down in about a weeks time, Just bottled my latest Dark Ale so will wait until I got some room to move again before doing it for a test.

I think I need a bigger beer fridge again.

I have 2 Muntons kits bubbling away,Traditional British Ale and Highland Dark Ale(from memory). Both are like the ESB kits,3kg of tinned mix,no sugar goes in.Should be a nice drop.
Also have 2 kits awaiting brewing, both by Muntons and in the 3kg recipe.
    Woodforde's Wherry and Admirals Reserve.

Ponders some changes to one of the garden sheds.
Wonder if the wife will notice when she gets back from holidays with family in Germany.
All these interesting new brews to try and no room left to do it in the house any more.
