Anyone else partake of these?
I have recently brewed Coopers RED RATTLER a fairly traditional red ale and Coopers RAD ABBOTT , a Belgian Ale.
It wasn't until friday that I could taste either of these since I put them out in the shed to grow......haven't even had a beer for about a month.
The Red Rattler is just very good as a nice ale should be.....but the Rad Abbott is a taste explosion, absolutely blows your taste buds to pieces. Some beer drinkers ie xxxx and carlton types would not and could not drink and appreciate these beers.
I previously brewed their ARTISAN beer which is also very nice.
I am a founding member of the Coopers Club and Glen assures me they will continue with these superb recipes each month for some time to come.
The really good thing about the ROTM is that everything needed to make the brew is included and sent post free.
They are all designed to sleep and grow for a long time so I'm going to have to buy more bottles each month.....which are also sent post free.
Might organise a barby and beer tasting later this year for interested members.
up ya bum chum.

I'll look into this, haven't been actively brewing over the last few months, but I just put two new brews down, Amarillo Pale Ale, added a mini mash of hops and extra dry hops to the fermenter and a Double Chocolate Ale, which I poured into the Pale Ale dreggs after I put the ale in another fermenter to clear and finish fermenting.
Be interesting to see how the Chocolate Ale turns out.
