One current problem is I'm down on boost. You'll see in that vid that it only hits 16-17psi where it used to hit 20, it's also hitting peak boost later and dropping it sooner. This is enough of a power loss that tarmac presently won't let go.
But I think I can still do 3rd gear gravel, is that a help? Rovercare, can you spin all four on gravel in 3rd?
I'll see what I can do. It's a little cold here at the moment. This is caused by freezing drifting fog.
Anyone else want to post some similar vids? Particularly those with bigger turbos.
A bit of black ice should get all four spinning in any gear easily.......Whats that in further uphill in front of your Rangie, looks like a big black chook, or is it a long lost Moa?
........... I'd like to post some accelleration vids, but I've only got a small turbo
. ............You should be taking more advice from Matt, with those sort of temperatures, I'm dead sure there'd be many good ideas in every bottle of JayDee
.
I know from experience that black ice gets all four going in the wrong direction at 80km/h.
That's an extremely rare four legged frost moa. I've managed to domesticate it to some extent, but it's still highly destructive on occasion.
I plan to undertake some bottle based research tonight.![]()
I cant even spin mine on dry tar with a 20 ton header in tow. Did lift the left front wheel off the deck thoughMine didnt even spin the tyres wile towing the Kia van flat nacker.
.. Must be gutless
Whats the point in this any way
You just snap things

Like to see it done... Yes..... Likely to see it..... not
I know mine wont do it. Even when I fit the intercooler and fuel/boost it up. Something would snap first.
May be possible, Think I should try some wee skinny little 205's on
I'm just a little disillusioned as have done some damn crazy stuff
So come on..... lets see it![]()
