Hello all.
I have a 4bb1, which I`m hoping is in the area that concerns me much the same as the 4bd1. They are from the same line of motors, mine being a earlier donk. Now what I`m after is the torque setting for the head bolts. If any one knows that would be bonzer and are wiling to let me know what they are would even be better.

Torque figure for the 4BD1 is 68 to 76 ft/lb for new bolts and 79 to 86 for re used bolts. I am not sure if they are the same - possibly they are being from the same line (4.Hope that helps.
