Sorry County3.9 I probably steered you that way, but my reason was just like you, wanted to bolt up as needed it quickly. You are correct I thought it would be a bit more complete.

No Lamb, not your fault. I'm happy with the end result (after some work). Hope this helps others looking to do the same.
yeh i have decided to do most of it myself, i have ordered a pipe for the twin oild filters with a turbo oil feed outlet, and will be ordering a manifold from isuzu tomorrow when they are open. the t25 turbo i got i will be using and it has a t3 flange to it should be all good. though the turbo has no wastegate but apparently quite a few people are running no wastegate and is fine.
Has anyone bought from "usa world turbocharger.com" Their site was given in one of these threads.
Quoted $165 for the turbo and $ 192 for shipping. Total $357.
This is for the factory 4BD1T garrett turbo shown in the pic.
Do they deliver?
Just looking at turbos and came across a 4BD2-T.

Is it possible to fit the turbo on in reverse?
Probably not the same turbo, but JC has his reversed:

For those who are interested, the numbers on my TB25 Wastegated Garrett turbocharger are;
GI 0124J
8971056181
466409-2A
I have diconnected the wastegate, as it is set to 7.5psi :(
The manifold was from Turboglide in NSW, I'm not sure if the factory Isuzu one is suitable as far as dimensions etc, but could be.
I orientated it this way for bonnet clearance and to keep the heat away from the Alternator. The Dump pipe does a neat 'S' past the engine mount and starter motor, and the exheaust fits well pas the clutch slave etc. I had to use the RRC later round crossmember though, but otherwise all neat and tidy.

The 466409 turbo is the factory wastegated T25 with the 54mm compressor wheel. For interest it appears the 300tdi's use the same compressor on their turbo.
If you find any 4BD2T wastegated turbos for sale, they are likely to be this one.
