Why not source a 4sp early Rangie LT95 & swap ( or get it done by a mechanic) the bellhousing & final transfer gears over & hey presto, all done.
I have a fully refurbished LT95 out of a Rangie here that cost the previous owner $2,500 to do, so it might cost you a bit, not worth half measures when it's out of the vehicle. I would think the $2500 was the full remove/refit recon job, I certainly never paid him that much..
I have half promised it to someone, just waiting on a timely response.\\

    Edit

I forgot the handbrake mechanism also needs swapping over..

Others here will know a good spanner man down that way.

If its to go behind the isuzu go for a grub truck box set upor find a good 95 in a rangie if you get a late 83 or 84 jobie it will allready have the same .996 to1 high and all it should need is the bell housing swap to fit the isuzu

I had my LT95 rebuilt last year, cost me over $4000. I had two boxes that they dissasembled and took the best bits out of, plus a TRB set up to put in, so it did add up to a bit more than normal.
Its a lovely box now...but my wallet still bears the scars.
Much much better off getting another box and attacking your original yourself and learning as you go. There are heaps of people here who can help you out with advice and where to source parts etc.

Seems a bit too cheap to me, but I could be wrong.
I'd be suspicious that the bearings are cheapies (ie not the Timken and RHP's that were fitted originally). You also wont get the correct preload on the layshaft if you don't use genuine gaskets or cut your own - the aftermarket ones are too thick.
I was also advised to only use genuine synchros as the aftermarket ones are variable in quality/fit

Roverparts also have a kit locally for $1000 if you want to compare contents: http://www.roverparts.com.au/inc/sdetail/4475
