    vented rotors

Can you fit the later vented rotors to the old style county hub, obviously you would use the caliper to suit vented rotor.

Do they take the same rotors as your usual disco/rrc/110/90?

If so the extra thickness is on the wheel side, there's no difference in clearance on the hub side. I fitted vented to my RRC about 5 years ago along with bigger calipers (46mm pistons instead of 41.3mm). Best upgrade ever.

Defender vented rotors will bolt straight on. You need to either fit matching defender calipers or make up spacers for your existing calipers.

Here is a disco kit with spacers.

you know there is a difference between county hubs and RRC, defender hubs, they have a wider bearing spacing, so as long as the inside edge is in the same position it should work.

Are you talking about the earlier imperial hubs vs later metric hubs?

yep the PCD was different for the drive flange and wider bearing spacing.

That's okay, both types use the same brake calipers and rotors.

I originally went to vented rotors and big calipers when I had RRC 10 spline (imperial hubs, wider bearing spacing), I took them with me (only a short time later) when I went to disco 24 spline with the later metric hubs and narrower bearing spacing.

There is one small difference, new rear rotors have extra holes in them to bolt the rear tone-rings into. Otherwise it's all the same.

Not really for 110s. Rover went metric in the mid 80's. However 110s kept bthe same brake setup from 1983 to 1992 when they changed to vented.

I think the 110 brakes/hubs may have been metric from the start but am not sure. I know they changed from a coarse to a fine thread on the caliper bolts somewhere along the way though.
