Yes that's the same change I'm talking about. I use the terms metric and imperial because the older hubs used either 7/16" or 3/8" bolts (can't remember which) to hold the drive flanges on. The later hubs use M10's.
AFAIK the change came about when the hubs were redesigned to take ABS (sometime around 1992) and became standard on everything even if it didn't have ABS. Some people talk about 10/24 spline changeover but the changeover in axle splines wasn't consistent, there are some metric hubs with 10 spline axles attached.
I think there are three different caliper bolts, M12, M11 and an imperial as well. IMO they're interchangable for those of us who own drills.

The flange bolts on the later ones are indeed M10. That would make the earlier RRC items 3/8 UNF.
Well I finished the job today, removed the county axle housing( I have braced it and filled it with hytuff axles and a 24 spline locker so wanted to keep them) and the 130 housing and pulled the hubs off both and removed the calipers and rotors and fitted the 130 rotor and calipers to the county swivel hubs all fits, very happy. The caliper bolts are coarse on the county and fine for the defender, and from memory the flange bolts are imperial for the county, metric for defender.
Wide bearing hubs come in all 3 imperial, metric course and metric fine. and roughly follow, mid 85, end 90 for the changes. but by now days they could all be mixed and matched up. Rangys followed there own rules. Discos are clear cut ish, only thing to check with them ( D1) is even or uneven spacing for the stub pattern
