    Hi steve

    I actually had the same symptoms with mine (my car was after market turbo and adjusted fuel pump). I had the little gauze filter out already. As with yours mine would stutter,hestitate kind of thing at about 108kph but if you planted the foot it would go away.

    I think its a fuel pump cam issue. I adjusted the fueling, I think and that put the hesitation in a different spot, by adjusting the fuel you are moving the fuel rack and this could cause the governer to be off the high part of the cam, this is why it is best to take the fuel pump to the shop and get each element adjusted, ie to meter more fuel with the rack at idle position.

    It's the same as the original. The priming pump knob looks different.
