0.48 I think (top of my head). It is a T2560 from an SR20DET (S14 Silvia).

I had the flange lasercut, and got the guy making my exhaust to make the dump pipe. He did a good job IMO.

Should be 0.64 exhaust side Ben. I have a dead version of the same turbo here.

When I did my Isuzu conversion I ended up just cutting the wing off, shortening it and welding it back on "wingless"
    http://www.aulro.com/afvb/isuzu-land...version-6.html

If you get a sump from a wrecker make sure its actually a 4bd1 sump. I got one that was supposedly from a 4bd1, but must have been off one of the smaller cousins as it was shallower and the crank wouldn't turn when it was fitted.

Also, the factory 4BD1T without the winged sump ran a higher oil level in the sump than in the winged sumps (presumably to hold the same amount of oil). ~12mm higher than the marked oil level on a winged version.
After cutting off the wing, I filled mine with the specified amount of oil (8L ??), ran it for a bit then marked the new level with a small notch on the dipstick.

I've never fit 8 litres into my 4BD1T. Usually 5-6 litres.

You had me worried for a minute Dougal, but I've just re-checked the Tiltmaster 4BD1T manual I've got, and also the online Castrol oil guide for the LR Isuzu 110.
    Both are saying 8 litres.

    From Castrol:
    Commercial Vehicles - Light/Medium & 4WD
    ISUZU (Includes ISUZU UTE)
    NPR59, 4BD1-T Turbo Diesel (1985-1988)
    CRANKCASE
    ...
    Service Refill Capacity: 7.5* Litres.

    *Includes Oil Filter

Sounds about right. IRC the winged sump version is ~8.5L. From a 20L drum of RX Super I get 2 oil changes with about 4L left over.

I've always felt that was a bit strange. I am running a wingless sump, but still.

The 1985 Isuzu NPR manual I have (4BD1 non turbo) says 7.6 litres capacity or 8 litres with the partial flow oil filter (aka bypass filter).

I can't recall ever putting that much oil in.
