    LT95

    Anyone fitted a disco drum and backing plate to a 95? i have seen in done to an 85 but not a 95?

    The 110 LT95 and LT85 have the same handbrake bolt pattern on the output housing and are interchangeable. If it's a RR LT95 the pattern is different. From memory I think you have to redrill one hole to fit the later type handbrake with the cable.

    thanks, looks like an easy one. guess that's next project.

    thinking of dropping the center consul and fitting a disco leaver there, give this bigger chaps dangles some air time

    I think the disco lever will go in between the console and the drivers seat. Pretty sure JC has done this to his.

    just had a look, and i think it will, i assume JC is a skinny bugger?

    I took the centre console/ cubby box out, moved the passenger and drivers seats inboard 50mm, and fitted a Disco park brake lever. This only means I have to make a thinner console but no big deal, at least i gt a better park brake and not hitting my elbows on the doors anymore

    Yes, the R380 equipped, 1994 onwards and auto trans model V8 and Tdi are the place to find these park brake lever and bits bolted to the back of the LT230 transfer.
