Nah all good...well I'm not an expert on the IP but since I was having idling problems we decided to pull the pump apart and check the spring that pulls on the control rack as if they break it allows the rack to wander causing surging and hunting so we replaced that even though it hadn't snapped but was stretched a bit...whilst doing so we tested the fuel delivery at certain rpm's on the test bench and then continually ran back and forward grinding the torque cam that is located in the rear of the pump I did have photos but as mentioned elsewhere my phone was stolen  we evened out the fuel so that it delivers virtually the same amount all the way to the governor there was also some other setting played with whilst on test bench but I didn't have time to watch my mate do it :( bad thing is we didn't reduce fuel down low and ease it on we made the delivery curve pretty much straight so if needed it blows way to much smoke if boost is not available which in the end 30psi was not enough not to mention turbo was not a good match .... Max revs was not changed as I do not require any more yet... Only step left now is to get major work done such as new plungers and barrels etc etc
