every single 4bd at the land rover jamboree SA this Easter had Dgas, all the isuzu powered LR i know of have Dgas bar one and that's in a S111 with an extended cab and doors with the hinges on the wrong side

There is atleast 1 very good welder on Aulro, he does it for a living and travels the world for it.....Not sure if pressure pipe is his thing though.
Getting the welding right is one thing. Getting the design right so it can expand and contract reasonably freely is another.
anyone know if randy used tig,stick or mig for his manifold?
I know that some modified turbo motors run without a muffler, so is it possible to run without a muffler on the Isuzu motor with a 3" exhaust pipe or is it just too loud? Paul
I broke the engine pipe on my n/a Isuzu. You don't want anywhere near that noise. Could be heard kilometres away.
Upon shutdown, couldn't hear anything. Industrial deafness is a real risk.
Thanks for that.. Post turbo fitment I was going to drive to the exhaust place... Without an exhaust past the turbo.. Might rethink that..Quote:
