BTW , I am currently up in your neck of the woods.

Well , Berowra waters is much closer to your neck of the woods than home.

Getting the welding right is one thing. Getting the design right so it can expand and contract reasonably freely is another.

I know that some modified turbo motors run without a muffler, so is it possible to run without a muffler on the Isuzu motor with a 3" exhaust pipe or is it just too loud? Paul

I broke the engine pipe on my n/a Isuzu. You don't want anywhere near that noise. Could be heard kilometres away.
Upon shutdown, couldn't hear anything. Industrial deafness is a real risk.

Thanks for that.. Post turbo fitment I was going to drive to the exhaust place... Without an exhaust past the turbo.. Might rethink that..
