Thanks I plan on going down your way at some stage this year hopefully and I'll give you a yell...I would offer the same but mine will not be going for a long time as everything is in pieces

There is atleast 1 very good welder on Aulro, he does it for a living and travels the world for it.....Not sure if pressure pipe is his thing though.

Getting the welding right is one thing. Getting the design right so it can expand and contract reasonably freely is another.

anyone know if randy used tig,stick or mig for his manifold?

I know that some modified turbo motors run without a muffler, so is it possible to run without a muffler on the Isuzu motor with a 3" exhaust pipe or is it just too loud? Paul

I broke the engine pipe on my n/a Isuzu. You don't want anywhere near that noise. Could be heard kilometres away.
Upon shutdown, couldn't hear anything. Industrial deafness is a real risk.
