personally i would spend the extra and get a isuzu box behind it as that will be my next mission as if you want to push it hard no landrover box will last!!!
as for pricing on this as offender90 said it can be cheap and effective (check out isuzurovers thread he done a very good job very informative and works great from what he has said and didnt cost to much) then theres such engine bays as rijidij's and as most will agree is an absolutely amazing build nothing spared but obviously would be ALOT more expensive...there is also alot of other very nice builds on here too just do a search and see what you can do yourself...
either way its going to cost a bit as my turbo just set me back $2300,mainfold was $380,oil line was $70,fittings were priceless ,intercooler wasnt really dear but then again its probably not as good as a dear one either $200,3" exhaust tubing was around $100 i made my own mandrel bent exhaust, guages came to $400 (best money ever spent) if i was to do it again i would buy a MADMAN ems digital monitor but oh well...the rest is just time, good mates and contacts...

my 96 130 has a land cruiser box mated up to a Isuzu bell housing. The bell housing had new holes drill to bolt the box up.

My setup cost me ~$1250 all up (no intercooler, but including 3" mandrel exhaust). I did all but the exhaust myself.

Ok, if I went with an MSA gearbox, are there alternative transfer cases that would be simpler to bolt up?
Does anyone know anything about the transfer-case's used in Isuzu NPS 4x4s?

(I know the LT230's are good, but the adapter kits are pretty exxy)

Only that they are only ~2:1 vs 3.3:1 for an LT230.

So in short - no use.

If you have a 110 or 130 you can run a divorced LT230 setup.

i have previously stated the same thing about NPS gear but after posting the ratios isuzurover suggested that they would be unsuitable for our applications...
isuzurover when you say "divorced" transfer isnt that what grubbs kit pretty much is ? without sounding abrupt can you explain the option further please?

"Divorced" setups mean that a (prop)shaft links the box and the t-case.

Some nissans had this OEM I Believe?

These pics show a divorced LT230.

Thanks for clearing that up isuzurover...in the above pics is that an MSA box ?
Only problem I can see compared to Grubbs is that it adds more moving parts that will result in driveline "slop" compared to the solid shaft design I would think..
