    Isuzu p.t.o

    I suppose this should belong here. Was trolling around Evil bay and noticed that you can get a P.T.O for either the M.S.A or M.S.B gearboxes. There is a side plate that comes of and the P.T.O bolts on. I`m probably the last person that knows this but maybe not. Would be a handy thing for a hydraulic winch.

    that is correct there is a plate on the side that is for the PTO i have recently seen 2 NSK isuzu trucks that have the pump hanging of the side i did not know if these gearboxes behind the NSK were MSA or not so i did not bother with them..

    It should be an SAE standard PTO fitment. I don't know the finer details but I do have the bolt pattern somewhere.

    The one I saw was still on a M.S.B gear box and was priced at $100. If I had known what they where worth I would have brought the box as well. But there is the answer. Keep a eye out for a old box with one. Not only will you get a P.T.O you also get a gear box fore spare parts.

    MSA PTO

    Just to clarify, i have a MSA with a side cover for pto.
    Havn't looked anyfurther into it as its at the end of a long and growing wish list of stuff i cant afford
