The compressor side could be good, but the exhaust side is too big.

In those size turboes I have found that there is a lot of Garrett copies I was going to get a T04z brand new off a mate for $100 because got given it...further inspection is it was a XSpower turbo not a Garrett (GT) a lot of company's use GT but its not a genuine Garrett usually find these copies are not rated anywhere near as high as the genuine ones and can start to have problems if pushed harder you will usually find if it is a Garrett and is gt2554 or above it will most likely be ball bearing and not journal bearing (not all the time but most of the time)...this turbo you posted up in my opinion will be no good for your application mainly based on what I read about the hot side.
