Isuzu Landy test drive
Hi All, before I start my 130 to 4BD1T conversion I thought it would be a good idea to test drive one first. I have driven many NA army Landies and owned a factory isuzu county but would very much like to drive a turbo version in either a county or defender to confirm what I think the end result will be like.
I live in Stanley NE Vic which is near beechworth which is near Wangaratta and Albury/Wodonga. If someone lives within a couple of hours or so and is willing to let me have a test drive of their 4BD1T Landy I would very much appreciate it please? Cheers, Andrew.

Ha mate sounds like a good conversion. I had I 110 county I converted from factory V8 to a NA Isuzu then fitted a turbo. With out a turbo they are miserable piece of poo but fit a turbo and it becomes amazing. A very good engine and strong. Only draw back to me is it's a little long winded to fit a 5 speed box. I was running 19 psi boost on mine and loved it.
