Thread: Isuzu engine stop cable.

    Just fit a pull cable its what i have in my county its on the fire wall beside the fuse box.
    Mine has a lock function pull out stops motor then give it a little twist and it locks in the out position.
    Im fairly shure super cheap sell a similar cable its basicly a choke cable.

    Yeah the manual cables are cheap and easy to get, but it won't pass roadworthy. At some point I will need to get number plates...

    Why wont it pass roadworthy ? Mine is an 84 it pases pink ticket and ive seen 2 other one an 88 and an 85 they both have cable stops it must lock in the out position tho.

    My manual stop cable doesn't lock, it's an '85 model. Immaterial though since I think it was pre1986 that key stop became mandatory...
