Justin, i think you'll be struggling for room, i remember the turbo for my 6.5 chev, it was massive, twice the size of the VNT i have.:(
Damien what part no is your VNT 2260 ive found a few on ebay that have what looks like an electric solonoid for the waste gate or it could be for controlling the vanes to alter boost and there are others with the normal can type actuator
753959-5:)
I have another which looks the same but i can't find any info on it.

Anyone??:(
After going over some compound schematics and picks, I think another mistake I have made is:
The outlet of the LP is smaller than the inlet of the HP, so basically the air flow is being reduced before we even start. I think some more searching is on the cards. Need to match theses so the whole inlet is 2.5"

Some restriction is unavoidable, but that T3/T4 will be a lot less of a restriction and once it's out of bed and working will become a negative restriction.
For your turbo part numbers, just enter them into google with "turbo". Lose the last number and the dash (the revision number) and just search for the 6 digit garrett code.
I'm on the same wavelength as dougal that a compound setup is better than a vnt setup (im stating this as I am outside looking in because i run neither) however I am not saying vnt's are no good by any means....Dougal's last comment that entailed the figures is the best way to describe what is probably needed. Did you go for a drive with the LP blowing to atmosphere and just the HP feeding the motor? This will see how much effect the exhaust side is having on the motor to a certain degree (forgive me if you have already tried this or if anyone has already stated this)
The other problem I can foresee with such a large LP is then what the hot side will be like size wise. I recon you will finally figure something out as you have got more done in a few days than I have in a year :D
Probably already seen this but this is what I imagine johns setup operates like...

Ordered an el cheapo T70 from downtown Shainghai. Will see how we go. Also have a project coming from Vern so who knows what will happen.

As above
Hey there, just wondering are you using internal waste gates or external wastegates? I have been doing a bit of research myself, and quite a few of the setups i have seen have huge external wastegates plumbed on the small turbo and appropriate sized one for the large turbo. Keep going, dont give up!!!!
