    6bdi flywheel

Hi any one know if a 6bd1 flywheel would fit a 4he1t. The ring gear would be on the wrong side but am mainly interested in the bolt PCD .The 4heit has 8 bolt mounting and a 13" clutch Any guesses or info appreciated

    Thanks AM

Should bolt up however if the outside diameter of the flywheel is the correct size to fit inside the housing the thickness of the flywheel will be considerably grater ...

    Thanks
Till I see the engine in early Feb am only guessing. It has a flex plate at the moment
I am thinking easier to remachine 6bd1 flywheel than locate a 4he1t one probably cheaper

I'm not 100% sure what your plans are however the "bd" style flywheels and clutch setup etc etc is the best style setups I've ever seen compared to other junk...only problem is isuzu have some weird ideas on weight variations in there flywheels causing some other problems when chasing bigger figures...

Any more pics ? Curious to see what you are playing with...getting the flywheel machined would be no drama I'd think...also by the looks of it that flywheel has 8 bolts the bd's have 6 from memory (I havnt touched my project for 2 months now so I can't rember what a quality motor looks like )
