    So the dump pipe that you've got. Does it clear the wastegate flap enough to let it full open?

    Pretty sure it does, its all combined into one outlet unlike judo's which has two pipes going into one

    Hook a hose up to your mig regulator. Controllable pressure source and gauge all in one

    The Canadian with the same turbo on his 4BD1T in an auto 80 series cruiser is running 18psi and cool EGT. Getting to 100km/h in under 20 seconds.

    He's got head gasket issues (aftermarket gaskets *shudder*) so won't be winding it up for a while.

    This is weird. Mine has no boost with the wastegate open. But I also have a boost compensator so no boost means I get fuel suited to no boost. I can only pull 650C without the turbo which is just enough to maintain 100km/h at 2000rpm.

    Is your 12psi at high rpm or under load cruising?

    12psi going up theough the gears, 5psi cruising, 10psi under load at 100.

    3" not sure on muffler type, has a resonator at the end of the exhaust.
    I can unbolt the exhaust before the muffler which I may do and go for a spin.
