    Ignore my comments/questions about excess pressure, but I still reckon its a flow issue.

    To save you pulling yours apart, the standard metal extension fitting on that turbo has a 4mm internal diameter, and the orifice into the turbo body itself is 3mm.

    In my T25 journal bearing install the banjo bolt has a 1.5mm orifice. I'm using one of these:

    G'day Steve,

    Everything seems to be within spec in the oil feed department, I checked everything over when I was having turbo issues as per your suggestions last week. No restrictions in the old hoses, internal diameters of all new fittings more or less match anything that was replaced. Pulled the exhaust side off the turbo earlier, and other than a bit of soot, it's bone dry, which means for now at least, we can take it that the oil in the exhaust system is what's remaining from last week's adventures, and as Damien pointed out, possibly unburnt fuel. The oil pressure issue I'm going to assume is a faulty sender - the mechanical gauge is giving the same readings as the engine did when it was in the range rover, and mechanical gauges are pretty foolproof.

    Hooking up the pyro and boost gauge now, with Damien help going to tune the engine in a bit better and see how we go.
