Anyone know if 6bd1 injectors are the same as 4bd1?
Not that I really need any, but I recently picked up a set of used 6bd1 injectors very cheaply. If they will fit a 4bd1 I'll hang onto them, otherwise I'll find them a new home.

Careful Steve, it's a slippery slope. First it's 6bd1 injectors, next thing you know there'll be a 6bd1 block in your garage and you'll have a wanted ad up for a 6x6 chassis.![]()
I've no idea what you mean
3 years ago I'd only read about Isuzu landies. I had a D1 300tdi, then a County with 200tdi found its way to my driveway. Next time I looked there was a 4bd1 and LT95 in my shed, and a nice bloke turned up to take away the 200tdi.
Now there's an Isuzu'd County on my driveway, less money in my bank, and a smile on my face.
If I've learned anything about slippery slopes - its that you need to accellerate when you feel you're about to loose control

I just did a quick date check on a photo and confirmed I bought my first Landy the D1 just under 3 years ago. At that point the most complicated work I'd done on an engine was spark plugs and an oil change. The last 18 months or so I've done all the maintenance on my Disco and have the County in the car port.
Accelerate you say...
There is only 1 bit of history that might explain this. When I was very young my dad owned a Series II, although I don't really remember that. He upgrade to a 110 Isuzu when I was about 5. He still owns it, never broken down or had any major problem.![]()
Direct fit BUT they may be set at the wrong cracking pressure.
Not too hard to fix and not really a problem unless you mix an match with injectors of lower/higher settings.
should cost less than $50 for a diesel shop to tell you what the crack pressures are on all 6.
