    Mitsubishi 4D32T, any suggestion

    It seems that it is a good engine, lighter than 4bd1. Problem is the driver side exhaust.

    Very tempted to try.

    Anyway, exhaust under your feet would be a bonus in winter....

    Ceramic coating of the exhaust makes a big difference. After a long drive with high EGTs (towing, avg egt 450, spikes to 650) you can feel that the floor is warm where there is no carpet (just dynamat) but it isn't an issue like it used to be.
