When replacing an IHI on my Isuzu Rangie with a TDO4HL-19T, besides elongating the mounting holes, will the exhaust match up or is other work required?
Thanks in advance.

I run a slotted T25 housing on an IHI manifold and the ports match quite well. Not perfect, but quite well.
The TD04HL-19T you'll have to confirm for yourself.
It is however a bastard to do up the bolts. For this reason I plan to move the studs on my manifold to T25 pattern. This will involve removing the studs, plugging the holes and drilling/tapping in overlapping positions.
I was at KLR Automotive today and saw the manifolds being fabricated. A lot of work.
That's a lot of work.
I feel for the poor guy on the linisher. They look nice, I'd be interested in the thoughts of a flow engineer.. when I looked into making turbo manifolds I was frightened off by the complexity of getting it right.
These kits look very good, whats the RRP for one?
??? If the manifold is the one in the pic 87County posted then the turbo looks in the same position to factory. The turbine housing is a bit different in both pics but the crossover pipe is in the same spot.

If you compare the two photos, you'll notice the turbo on the KLR fabricated manifold sits back about 50mm further (maybe more). Not so obvious is that the turbo also sits lower.
