    diff housing

Is the front diff housing in a range rover the same as a 110 isuzu item? The one in mine is a bit beat up and I car get one out of a range rover cheap.

It will fit, but there are a few differences. You may have to change the radius arms as well because of different size bushes. Keep your 110 brakes.
I have one but it ended up slightly bent. British off Road (Who I bought it off) had a look and seemed to think it was the extra weight of Isuzu over a few years and corragations that did it.

For my Perentie, I just swapped a Rangie front end over using the same radius arms. The Rangie brackets on the housing are a bit wider but it drives OK.
    Diff was the same too.

I should have added that you would need to get the same or near to, year.
Mine was an '88 Rangie in to an '85 Perentie.

I went to buy it today and it was different as the swivel housing had 6 bolts and mine has 7 . That was a 84 range rover and 87 110 isuzu. So thanks for that.

    front housing

All front housings with 7 bolt swivels will fit, only the radius arm brackets vary in width. If you use a disco housing you will need to use the disco radius arms. If you have bent a housing, its best you have the left tube webbed to strengthen it as the new housing will bend the same as the old 1! The short side will almost never bend. Also check your railco bushes for wear as this looks like a bent housing too!

I have the Isuzu in my 120 and cracked a housing. Put in another after welding a length of angle under the long side.
