The problem is usually easy to spot,
First remove the bonnet the sitting in the drivers seat look forward and to the left of the. Pedal towers.
That big lump of machined cast iron is an Isuzu 4bd1 and given enough time it will rattle the carbon out of a diamond.
Get ear plugs is the first solution. Check the pedal tower mounts and the aircleaner mounting brackets and straps second and hope like he'll it's not the layshaft support or input shaft bearings.
Depending on where you are if.it can drive out to ipswichish I'm happy to have an eyeball at it for you.

and I will be doing 1500 ks next week.

Also have found that Isuzu powered landy is not good to drive with a hangover
One thing that maybe you could check is the idle. Let these motors get below 900 rpm and lets just say right now that you may notice a bit more shake rattle and roll.
