Hoping to send some bits and pieces and drawings to barry at hy tuff to make some adapter shafts, i will be getting 3 done for myself.
Not sure on pricing yet though.
For anyone with a 175mm approx adapter housing this will fit, you will need an mxa flange and a new input seal to suit.
Who's in?
Get a 3.2mm hole drilled thru the guts ( no impact on strength ) tap the outboard end 6mm for grease nipple a plug in the cover and normal people can give it a squirt at service ;) PPs can do it before putting it to bed each night:D
While I like AM's idea better, here's another lubrication idea - albeit a very complex one - for discussion.

A bit to complex dervish.
Noel, what about cross drilling the mxa flange, and it lubing the same as the input gear?
Where is the oil coming from I doubt if the case would hold grease let alone oil:D
Adapter housing should be right now noel, had an engineering mob fix it up, hopefully they did a good enough job! We'll see.
So you don't think the spline will get enough lube from just running in the transcase same as the input shaft? I suppose it has to get past the bearing some how.
How do the zf auto's lube the output shaft/spud shaft spline?
Also noel, with your idea, how would you get the old crap grease out?
What about a grease nipple into the new mxa flange (two 180d apart to balance?? )
then the grease would squeeze out the splines.
Need to add a pluggable hole into the tube part of adaptor housing to get grease gun in.
