    Bonnet mounted spare wheel

    Hi
Does any one know where I can get the bonnet mounted spare wheel bolts and rubbers. Or a kit. Mine doesn't have the bonnet mount but I am really after one so I can use my swing away rear carrier for 2 jerry cans.

If I recall correctly, I got mine for a Series IIa from Four Wheel Drives in Victoria. My bonnet was already setup or a tyre though, I just needed the bolts and clamps. Im not sure how different the structure of the bonnets are.
    Cheers

From what I have gathered my bonnet is already reinforced for the mount. I have heard rumours that you can buy the bolts and the rubbers as spare parts but not as a kit. Unfortunately I have tried wa landrover parts people and they basically classify it in the too hard basket!

I am almost tempted to try to make my own if I could get the info on maturing dimensions and photos

There is an aftermarket one available too I think.
Maybe it's Mulgo (? spelling) do them!
I think "Mallee Fowl" who is on here may have one.
