I wouldn't bother. I fitted Dobinsons springs to raise the 110 but ended up putting standard height back in as it affected the steering, made the unis work harder and getting in was a hassle.

    Great reply rar110😕.
I'd ask SteveG what he is running, he seems happy with his set up and its about a 50mm lift. You may have to correct caster though otherwise steering will be ordinary 😉

IIRC the perentie 110 and the civvy Isuzu 110 have different standard suspension. The Perentie already has a 2" lift standard, at least the shocks are equivalent to a 2" lift.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I must be mssing something, but what does the Perentie have to do with isuzucounty's Isuzu County?

Because rar110 has Perenties and not Civvy 110's so his comment

A Perentie wagon should be similar height to a County. I think most County's would have aftermarket springs and removed the Boge load leveller (or to compensate for a load leveller that's original and no longer working). From memory the rears on the Perentie use 19mm wire and original County used 16mm so softer ride and good articulation. I think the front springs are similar.

Perenties have 40mm front and 50mm rear over standard 110. As measured by the Gwyn Lewis method.

Not sure about Isuzu Counties though...anyone want to give theirs a measure?

    Ride Height

The best way to measure your lift is to measure your spring heights with the vehicle parked on level ground, measure from top to bottom of the rear of the front spring, and the same for the rear spring, with quality springs you will find that the drivers side is always slightly taller.

    STD 90/110 FRONT SPRING measures 260mm +/- 5 mm
The REAR SPRING should be around 300 mm +/- 10mm

STD Disco/RRc FRONT SPRING measures 250 mm +/- 5 mm
The REAR SPRING should be around 300 mm +/- 10mm

These measurements are what i have taken over the years to calculate what lift you have got or haven't got.

From the standard measurements you can calculate what lift you have got.

Hope this will help what you need.
