SubscriberLooks like a trip to KLR for a turbo and power steering pump.
He didn't mention the steering so didn't try to park it.
This is not the outcome I foresaw, but great if he follows through.

Personally i would go to Ausrover in Bathurst for your turbo needs, Ben is doing some really good things with these 4bd1's. Thats if your not handy with the spanners and can't do it yourself.
What is the comfortable cruising speed of a non turbo?
Living in Sydney is at least 2.5 hours at 110kph before im pulling off a freeway. Some long hills also.
I just did 3500kms in one without a turbo.
I like to sit on 90km/H but that is when I am not in a hurry and enjoy taking in the country side. However, when I am on the freeways/motorways/rural highways I sat on 100-105km/H. I did get it to 120km/H. You can sit on 110km/H and it isn't screaming/revving that hard.
Just a thought...fitting a turbo doesnt increase the top speed it just helps u to get to it quicker and hold it longer. My ffr tops out at 125kmh by the speedo but actual is about 113kmh. I prefer driving it at around 85 - 90kmh. Its a comfortable speed and i get 7.9 ltrs per 100 at that speed all day. I think its great.
Cheers Rod
