Second hand goods are second hand goods:(
I can only hope its head gasket now, will try the water pump of the 120" tomorrow, a different rad, incase its blocked, which I doubt, and then its time to lift the head

 This is bad luck. You have done such a nice job of fitting the thing. I hope for you sake it a blockage and not Head or block.:( You say it is down on power  Other than need retune for turbo and fridge I thought it should still show potential over a stocker.
Nah not down on power, just needed the fuel up, but hadn;t driven it far enough to get temp, wound the fuel screw out a turn, its a fair bit better, then noticed temp, went back to investigate, tried thermostat out of 120", and still the same, then noticed it was pressurising bad, not real sure on what to do next
noice very noice...
whatever happens you will need to insulate that I/C pipe running past the turbo... you will lose a fair percentage of the benefit the way it is...
still I'm guessing that's the least of your current worries!! :(
Bugger.
Cheers
Simon
Sorry to hear that Matt.
They may have used a composite head gasket, they are prone to failure. The one you need looks like a bunch of thin stainless steel plates sandwiched together.
Well, left it pressureised, maintained pressure all night, released it, then put rad cap back on started it dead cold and squeeze the bottom hose, it pumps up all the way to bulgeing and exceeding cap pressure in a matter of 20sec, so I'm convinced its gotta be comp leaking into the cooling system, off with the head, after lunch:(
Bugger....:(
Well Matt, you should have that fixed by the time I finished this post :p
