Great CAD system mate. I should have drawn my adaptor for the TD5 Turbo to Factory Isuzu manifold.

If anyone wants to fit a T25 or T28 turbo to the later style Isuzu manifold, I have the solution.

I've created some drawings, they're on my website.
There's a 3 page PDF, full-size is A3.
http://users.actrix.co.nz/dougal.ell...%20Rev%200.PDF
There's a DWG file of the profiles on the last page, many profile cutters and CNC mills can read these directly.

These adaptors will work for any T3-T2/T25/T28 turbo and many of the new GT turbos setup provided there's room. Some will need slightly different shaped centre ports but the bolt patterns are the same.

Why sandwich two pieces of thin plate together with six counterbored cap screws when the job can be done with a single piece of thick plate drilled and tapped each side to take the studs?
Seems like a lot of avoidable work to me.
URSUSMAJOR
Believe me, we thought of that. Bolts cannot be screwed into two of the holes on the underside (check the two upper manifold holes), and the 2 sets of holes interfere with each other.
Unless you can come up with a better solution????
Btw - not exactly "thin" plate - 14 mm and 10 mm.

Doesn't work, you can't fit a M10 bolt and allen key through a 6.8mm hole.
The only way to make it work with a single plate is to offset or rotate the T2 flange, the amount of offset required is obscene and rotation isn't an option.
Below is an overlay of the T3 and T25 patterns, you'll see the problem.
