nah, been crook as a dog all week with the flu and am off to get a rear cross member and look at a rear tub tomorrow so not much i can do this weekend.
oh and also got some billies to fit to the front from the US but it hasnt happened as i ended up having vistors and 2 grandchildren to babysit tonite :p

first off fitted a turbo beanie to try keep the heat away from the air con unit.

then into the rear cross member, scratch head then markout and oxy cut the damaged section out of the crossmember

then markout and chop the required section from the good crossmember

phew got it right and ready to tack in place with the old cig mig and .8mm gasless wire after a little session with a 4" grinder :)

a few tacks and a couple of taps with a hammer and make sure it all appears straight as possile with my long level and into it with the mig ...
