Reverse lights? did this model have them? or is a manual switch OK?
Yes. But note that if it is a diesel, the reversing light only comes on if the engine is running and producing oil pressure - if the mechanic is unfamiliar with them it is likely he only tested the reversing light with the engine stopped. I don't think a manual switch is acceptable for this date.
RHand rear light brake? can you still buy them?
All lights for this model are readily available from specialist Landrover suppliers. But a non working brake light is likely to be either the bulb or a faulty earth on the light.
Windscreen washers Repair/or Replace with new aftermarket type?
Probably replace the pump with an aftermarket one - I have done this twice on mine over the years.
Seatbelts ? both front ones? they looked allright to me.
Belts are likely to have damage from being caught in the door. Probably still OK in reality, but I would replace them if there is any doubt.
Rear mudflaps? They also looked allright, they are wide enough & secured with a chain ?
What is his concern with them then?
Oil leak at pto output shaft?
Oil leaks from all transfer case outputs are not uncommon - usually new seals will at least temporarily fix them.
Engine oil leaks? didn't know she had any??? no signature on driveway? or marking of her area?
May or may not have them - degreasing everything before inspection is usually worthwhile.
Front swivel leaking?
Not uncommon, needs at a minimum the seal replacing, possibly swivel preload adjusting. In many cases the problem can be sidestepped by using semi-liquid grease ("one-shot") in the swivel, but if the preload needs adjusting, it needs adjusting.
Both lefthand tie rod ends?
If they are loose or have damaged boots, they must be replaced.
Remove both ants {radio & uhf);and ??
Adjust handbrake? It's a landrover? only kidding.
I've only received a copy of the report at this stage I shall see/speak this morning to the mechanic.

Strictly speaking all oil leaks are prohibited, but how this is interpreted varies with the person doing the inspection.
