That sounds like the fuel enrichment for start cable. It latches the torque cam in the governor for starting. Or something like that!

A 2nd cable is used for the fuel shut off.

2nd cable?

There is only 1 cable coming out of the white bag and the wires to hook up the relay.

Do I need to get another white bag or am I missing something.
