In the Donaldson catalogue that Isuzubob posted they list a harder valve as an option, which is part number P105220. Is that the one I should be fitting for a normally apirated 4BD1?Quote:

Ah, that's the higher durometer version of a second 76mm Vacuator valve listed in the Donaldson catalogue. I couldn't see what the difference was between the two 76mm versions they list and in the photo they look almost identical. Can anyone enlighten me?
