    Tow job

    Picked up Discopetes new RRC today (just stirring Pete, but Carlos reckons it'd make a good donor vehicle for your 4BD1T) and my word the 'rig' looked impressive. Towing a red 1988 RRC on a trailer behind my RR through the centre of Hobart in peak hour traffic got some looks

    This vehicle is a 1988 V8i manual, Charcoal grey Vogue alloys and is pretty original, down to the faded paint and sagging roof lining but it is appealing due to its originality. NO ONE has messed with it, even the front air dam and lamps are all there. Haven't yet decided whether I'll keep it or not, I would love another one, but haven't finished the LSE Tdi conversionn yet

    JC mentioned that he towed it using his 4BD1T RRC. Which, incidentally, is the first one I have seen with the turbo mounted with the turbine housing at the rear. A very neat install...
