Isuzu 4JB1T Starter Bolts
Well lads, I'm fitting a 4JB1T to my 90 and I dont have the bolts to bolt the starter to the conversion plate. Would any of you lads know what size and type of bolts were used by Isuzu?
Cheers fellas,
Shea

Sorry I don't have a 4JB1T (although I have been giving some thought to fitting one in my disco).
The studs for the starter in my 4BD1T are M10, and they screw into the flywheel housing.
I doubt that your starter bolts will be larger than M10, but may be smaller, but again I doubt they would be smaller than M8.
If you measure the holes in the starter flange you should be able to pick it. They will probably be approximately 1.5 mm larger than the bolts diameter.
Hope that helps. And if you don't mind, others here would be interested in your conversion, so any reports or pics will be appreciated.
