Well, if you're talking about boxes mated to the Isuzu 4BD1, the 4 speed Lt95 (integrated transfer box) has a unique bell housing, the 5 speed Lt85/Lt230 has a unique bell housing, the Isuzu truck boxes can be used with their original short bell housing but with the truck flywheel housing and needs to be adapted to attach a transfer box (Lt230?).
The 5 speed bell housing can be adapted to fit a R380/Lt230.

    Any other combos ??

What rijidij said was spot on.

*LT95 with AYG3297 bell housing to LR spec flywheel housing 5113401270

*LT85/LT230T with AYG3446 bell housing to LR spec fwh

*R380 (K suffix onwards)/LT230 with modified AYG3446 to LR spec fwh

*Isuzu MSA5 range of gearboxes with adapted LT230 to Isuzu fwh

A LT95 & LT85 are interchangeable as far as gearbox location goes. I think you will need correct brackets/rubber mounts. Location of CDL and range change will be different.
A LT95 will fit with LT85 transmission hump & vice versa.
Front & rear tailshafts stay the same.
R380 would fit where LT95/85 was using existing trans hump. Not sure about gearbox mounts lining up with chassis holes. If R380 replaced LT85 CDL & hi/lo lever would remain the same location.
If LT95 replaced R380 trans hump could be OK, chassis holes may not.
New location for CDL & hi/lo lever.
If LT85 replaced R380 trans hump should be OK, chassis holes may not.
Hi/lo CDL would still be OK.
I believe MSA5 gear lever location slots in quite well. Custom or modified LR gear box mounts I'm guessing.
    Clear as mud?

The MSA boxes don't have a gear lever, they use cables or rods. So there's custom work to do there.
For mounts the LT230 has one, the other mounts off your adapter (between gearbox and LT230) so it's quite easy.

I don't think anyone makes adapters to fit the Land Rover transfer case to an Isuzu gearbox.

The Isuzu bellhousings are very short compared to Land Rover. This gives room for a divorced transfer case, which would be simplest, especially with a 110.

There are 4x4 Isuzu trucks that have a 4BD1T, but I don't know anything about the gearbox and transfer case in them.

AFAIK the Isuzu bellhousing will not bolt up to the Land Rover flywheel housing.

I once found some ratios for the transfer used on the NPS 4x4 trucks (4x4 version of the NPR) and low range wasn't much of a reduction. I think it was less than 2:1.
